What we renovate.
Everything below is done by one permanent crew, not subcontracted job by job to whoever is free that week. That's why the standard doesn't change between your first project and your fourth.
Bathrooms
Strip-out, waterproofing, tiling, plumbing, sanitary ware, shower enclosures, lighting and extraction. Finished room, one price.
Kitchens
Installation and full replacement, including worktops, splashbacks, plumbing and electrics. We also work directly with a Sicilian manufacturer for bespoke kitchens built to your dimensions rather than adapted from standard units — usually below the price of an off-the-shelf kitchen bought in Malta.
Whole apartments
Full renovation between tenancies, before a sale, or to bring a property up to short-let standard. Floors, walls, ceilings, electrics, plumbing, joinery and finishes, run as one project on one schedule.

Maintenance for existing clients
We maintain properties we've renovated and portfolios we already look after. If you're a landlord or an agency with several properties, talk to us about an ongoing arrangement.

One crew, a start date, a finish date. Weekly updates and 3D scans as it progresses.

Handover
A walkthrough, the final 3D tour, and twelve months on workmanship.
